Join the Nalley Consulting Team as an All Source AnalystPosition: Order of Battle All-Source AnalystLocation: JBAB, Washington, DCLCAT: Mid All-Source AnalystRequired clearance and polygraph: Active TS/SCI and willingness to take polygraph. Candidates with current CI poly conducted within the past seven years highly prioritized.Required experience and education: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with all-source analytics, OR 12+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.Description: As an Order of Battle (OOB) Analyst on our team, you'll help your client by providing production on foreign military forces order of battle and catalog OB findings in the modernized integrated database (MIDB) and Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) database records. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address developmental and fielded foreign weapon systems and equipment. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.Required QualificationsKnowledge of IC and Combatant Command environmentsExperience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefingsActive TS/SCI clearance. Current CI polygraph preferred.Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with all-source analytics, or 12+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.Desired Qualifications3+ years in order of battle analysisKnowledge of conventional weapons systemsExperience with OSINT, GEOINT, or other specialized trainingKnowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standardsKnowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR.About Nalley Consulting: Nalley Consulting is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business working with prime partners to staff Department of Defense and Intelligence Community positions.
