Responsibilities
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Department Managers may manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals; delegate tasks; follow up; and report results.
Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities include ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, executing sales promotions, training staff in service procedures, and organizing the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities include ensuring the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, maintaining food safety, controlling food cost, and training kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items.
People Department Manager responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training them, scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, and motivating Team members.
Qualifications
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
