Job description
Jiva Health is growing across Northern California and seeking full‑time Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians to join our outpatient team. We welcome both experienced physicians and recent graduates, and we offer H1B visa sponsorship.
Base Pay Range
$250,000.00/yr – $400,000.00/yr
Highlights
$250K base salary with extensive room for growth into $400K+
Sign‑on bonus + relocation allowance (2‑year commitment)
Outpatient only – no hospital or inpatient responsibilities
Monday–Friday schedule (8 am – 5 pm)
No call or weekends required
Team‑based care with NP/PA and admin support
