Family Allergy & Asthma in Springboro, OH seeks a Clinic & Injection Room Nurse (LPN/RN). You will provide direct patient care, prepare rooms, assist physicians during allergy testing, and administer injections in the clinic.
The role requires current LPN or RN license in Ohio, CPR certification, English fluency, and experience with EMR systems. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with responsibilities across injection and clinic duties while following HIPAA and safety policies.
