Cardiology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant opening in CT Located in Norwich, CT Full-Time, PermanentPractice Overview:Full-time Cardiology APP opportunity in Norwich, Connecticut
Open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
Provide direct patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Collaborate closely with cardiology physicians and a rapidly growing heart and vascular team
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cardiology patients within APP scope of practice
Identify emergent diagnostic findings and communicate timely updates to physician colleagues
Prescribe, dispense, and administer therapeutic and corrective measures in collaboration with a licensed physician
Ideal candidate will have a strong interest in cardiology and adaptability within a growing service line
Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts
Weekend coverage: one weekend per month
No night call
Negotiable bonus opportunity

Job Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Acute Care Nurse Practitioner training preferred for NP candidates
Connecticut APRN or PA license, or eligibility
National board certification or eligibility
3+ years of clinical experience required
Cardiology experience preferred
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and collaboration skills
