Occupational Medicine APP opening near Buffalo, NY Located in Perry, NY - just 1 hour from Buffalo & Rochester Full time, permanent opening Employed position Primarily Days, some eveningsRequirements: Graduation from a state approved NP or PA program Current RN and NP/PA license to practice in the state of New York 1 year of occupational medicine experience; or 2 years experience in the primary care practice setting preferred Current BLS CertificationCompensation & benefits: Salary: $80k - $100k Health & Dental NYS Retirement Deferred Compensation Plan 457 Workers Compensation Disability Vacation Personal Days Sick Days Longevity Pay Shift Differential On-call PayHealth System: A County-owned facility providing inpatient and outpatient diagnostic, acute, ambulatory, inpatient behavioral health and long term skilled nursing services. It is the only hospital facility in the county and only comparable facility within a 35 mile radius. The catchment area includes approximately 50,000 residents. Community: Wyoming County's rural nature includes being home to one of the largest and most beautiful state parks in the East (Letchworth State Park - which is a 15 mile long park including a number of camp grounds, and miles of hiking trails through which the Genesee River has developed numerous waterfalls and a deep river gorge - was voted the # 1 State Park in the U.S. in 2015). Wyoming County is also home to Silver Lake and is near the Upstate New York Finger Lakes Region. In addition to Rochester and Buffalo, major nearby cities include Toronto, Ontario, Pittsburgh, PA and Cleveland, OH, each of which is only approximately a three hour drive.
