This role offers outstanding work-life balance with no call responsibilities and strong clinical support.Position Highlights:Join 1 established physician seeking a partner to grow the practiceNo call responsibilities100% outpatient practiceMonday-Friday scheduleNo nights, weekends, or holidaysAverage patient volume: 8-13 patients per dayBusy allergy shot clinicTreat full age spectrum (pediatric through adult)In-office Rhinoscopy and Spirometry availableOnsite immunotherapy and IVIG infusion servicesDedicated pharmacy liaisonExperienced allergy-trained clinical staffPrimary service area of approximately 260,000 populationQualifications:Board Certified or Board Eligible in Allergy & ImmunologyMust obtain board certification within 3 years of eligibilityEligible for Iowa medical licensureCompensation & Benefits:Base salary: $334,470 annually plus production incentives$106,000 annual bonus package for first 2 yearsPaid malpractice insuranceCME allowanceRelocation reimbursementPaid time off (PTO)Health, dental, vision, and life insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Disability coverageGenerous employer retirement contributionComprehensive benefits package
