Job description
Seeking a BC/BE Allergy & Immunologist to join a physician-owned, physician-run multispecialty practice in Central New York, approximately 50 miles east of Syracuse.
Position Highlights:
Outpatient-only Allergy & Immunology practice
Monday Friday schedule
No weekends or holidays
Shared call with another Allergist in the department
Join a physician-owned and physician-run multispecialty group
Collaborate with more than 100 physicians and advanced practice providers
Access to a wide range of medical and surgical specialties within one multispecialty organization
Established practice serving the region for more than 85 years
Growing organization focused on expanding access to specialty and primary care services
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed salary of $260K $315K
2-year employment agreement
3-year employment agreement for visa candidates
3 weeks of paid vacation
1 week of CME
7 sick days
$3K annual business expense allowance
Health insurance paid by the practice
Malpractice insurance paid by the practice
Comprehensive benefits package
Opportunity to become a shareholder following the employment agreement
Production-based compensation as a shareholder
