Job Duration: LongTerm Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Pay Rate : $60/hr -$70/hr on W2

Seeking an AllianceManager to manage strategic pharma/biotech/diagnostics partnerships, drivecontract execution and account growth, and ensure effective alliance governanceand partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary contact for assigned strategic partners and drive joint business objectives.
Lead contract initiation, drafting, execution, and compliance for revenue-generating projects.
Manage Joint Steering Committees (JSCs) and alliance governance activities.
Monitor alliance health, deliverables, risks, and contractual commitments.
Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
Resolve partner issues and coordinate with R&D, Legal, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.
RequiredQualifications:
3+ years of Alliance Management experiencein pharma, biotech, or diagnostics.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Experience with Salesforce and Conga.
CA-AM or CSAP certification.
