Job Title: OT
Location: Marlborough, MA
Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate : $37 - $40/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OT for a temporary assignment in Marlborough, MA. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a OT:
Work 5-8 hour shifts in a skilled nursing setting
Guaranteed 35 hours per week with scheduling up to 40 hours per week
Provide patient care services in a skilled nursing environment
Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
Maintain current required certifications and licensure
Complete required modules and training programs pre-start and annually
Document patient care accurately using required charting systems
Comply with facility dress code requirements
Provide minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within comparable specialty/setting
Complete required compliance documentation and certifications
Self-report time spent on non-billable training modules
