Rehabilitation Therapy - Occupational Therapist
OT Location: Morgan Hill, California Schedule: 7:00AM - 7:00PM x 3 Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension Pay Rate: $59 - $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring an OT for a temporary assignment in Morgan Hill, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a OT:
• Provide occupational therapy services in a post-acute care setting • Work 36 hours per week as part of a 13-week contract assignment • Deliver patient-centered care and rehabilitation services to post-acute patients • Assess, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment programs • Monitor and document patient progress toward therapy goals • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care • Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and clinical protocols • Maintain current and valid occupational therapy licensure and certifications • Complete required compliance documentation and training as needed • Demonstrate ability to adapt quickly and begin providing services promptly upon assignment start
