Job Title: PHARM
Location: Corvallis, Oregon
Schedule: 7:00AM - 5:00PM x 4
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate : $75 - $81/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PHARM for a temporary assignment in Corvallis, Oregon. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PHARM:
Provide pharmacy services as part of a specialized pharmacy team
Optimize patient drug therapy through expert medication management
Maintain current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure
Apply previous hospital pharmacy experience in clinical decision-making
Pass pre-employment/post offer drug screen as a condition of employment
