Pharmacy - Pharmacist - Travel
Job Title: PHARM Location: Zanesville, Ohio Schedule: 7:00AM - 7:00PM x 3 Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension Pay Rate: $85 - $91/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PHARM for a temporary assignment in Zanesville, Ohio. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PHARM:
• Work 40 hours per week on varied shifts • Cover weekends and evening shifts as required • Work typical shift hours of 12:30–9 PM • Adapt to variable weekend hours depending on staffing needs • Maintain an active Pharmacist license in good standing • Provide a minimum of one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience • Utilize Epic Willow Inpatient system for documentation and pharmacy management (preferred) • Apply expertise in pharmacokinetic dosing, specifically vancomycin management • Perform warfarin management duties as part of clinical responsibilities • Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for pharmacy and patient care delivery
