Job Description
Pharmacist Inpatient
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Pharmacist to join our inpatient pharmacy team. This role focuses on providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring safe and efficient medication management within an acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform order verification and medication management.
Oversee the IV room operations and ensure adherence to best practices.
Manage and maintain automated dispensing systems.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Provide clinical expertise and support inpatient pharmacy workflows.
Schedule
This position offers rotating 8-hour shifts, with a schedule of either day or evening shifts. Weekend coverage is required approximately every 3-4 weeks.
Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to accept first-time travelers, provided other qualifications are met.
