Pharmacist Inpatient
Shift Information
This position offers the following shift schedules:
Night Shift: 3x10-Hour (20:30 - 07:00)
Night Shift: 4x10-Hour (20:30 - 07:00)
Job Responsibilities
As an Inpatient Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the following: Managing and overseeing the safe and effective distribution of medications.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapy.
Providing drug information and advice to healthcare staff and patients.
Monitoring patient outcomes and adjusting medication protocols as necessary.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards related to medication handling.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements: Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh).
Certification in Chemotherapy/Hazardous Drugs.
IV Certification.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an inpatient or acute care setting; new travelers will be considered.
Additional Information
This position operates on a rotating schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off, from Wednesday to Tuesday.
