Job Description
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in assisting patients with restoring mobility, enhancing function, and achieving their treatment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement therapy interventions according to the Physical Therapist's plan of care.
Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately.
Assist patients with education on home exercise programs.
Communicate patient status effectively to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Adhere to established safety, infection control, and compliance standards.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Active state PTA license (or eligibility to obtain license).
Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
