Rehabilitation Therapy - Physical Therapist
PT Location: Buckeye, AZ Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5 Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension Pay Rate: $59 - $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Buckeye, AZ. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
Obtain permanent license immediately if starting with compact license
Must hold permanent license if working in SC (no compact license accepted)
Must not have worked perm or PRN at ATI within the last year to be eligible for placement
Candidates with previous ATI travel history or perm/PRN history beyond one year must be reviewed for rehire eligibility prior to submission
Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
Provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking
Ensure start date aligns with current license status at time of submission
Include license status in submission documentation
Meet all credentialing requirements as outlined in contract QA
Demonstrate relevant experience in the required setting
Maintain an active license throughout the duration of the assignment
Work day shift hours
Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
Follow dress code guidelines as provided during first day orientation
Comply with parking procedures as outlined during first day orientation
