Job Title: PT
Location: Covington, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate : $59 - $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Covington, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of the standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
Maintain an active state license; WA and AK candidates are permitted to work on a Compact License
Candidates with perm/PRN work history at ATI within the last year are not eligible for submission
Candidates with previous ATI travel or perm/PRN history beyond one year must have eligibility verified prior to submission
Commit to a 13 or 26-week contract term beginning 12/7
Work a guaranteed 40 hours per week, including holiday weeks at 32 hours
Overtime billed at 1.5x rate when applicable
Operate within a weekly billing cycle
Provide 30-day notice as required per contract terms
Adhere to dress code guidelines provided on the first day of assignment
Utilize facility-provided equipment as directed
Meet all credentialing and QA requirements, including relevant experience in the required setting
Work day shift hours as assigned
