Rehabilitation Therapy - Physical Therapist
PT Location: Maple Valley, WA Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5 Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension Pay Rate: $59 - $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Maple Valley, WA. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
Maintain active state license (WA and AK Compact License accepted)
Commit to a 13 or 26-week assignment duration
Work 32 guaranteed hours per week during holiday weeks
Work 40 guaranteed hours per week (standard)
Overtime billed at 1.5x rate when applicable
Adhere to day shift schedule
Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
Follow dress code as provided during first day orientation
Comply with parking procedures as outlined during first day orientation
Meet required experience in applicable setting/modality
Adhere to 30-day notice policy
Self-report any previous work history (perm, PRN, or travel) at this facility to ensure eligibility for assignment
