Rehabilitation Therapy - Physical Therapist
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Tumwater, WA. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Location: Tumwater, WA Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5 Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension Pay Rate: $59 - $63/hr
Responsibilities for a PT:
Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
Maintain active state license; WA and AK candidates may work on a Compact License
Candidates with perm/PRN history within the last year are not eligible for placement until one year of separation has passed
Candidates with previous work history as a traveler or perm/PRN more than one year prior must be reviewed for rehire eligibility before submission
Commit to a 13 to 26-week contract assignment
Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
Work 40 guaranteed weekly hours during standard weeks
Adhere to shift schedule during day hours
Utilize facility-provided equipment as confirmed during interview
Follow dress code requirements as provided on the first day of assignment
Comply with a 30-day notice requirement
Meet credentialing and contract QA requirements prior to start
Gain experience in the applicable modality setting as required
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
