Rehabilitation Therapy - Physical Therapist
PT Location: Tukwila, WA Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5 Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension Pay Rate: $59 - $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Tukwila, WA. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
Work as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the assigned setting
Maintain an active PT license (WA and AK candidates may work on a Compact License)
Commit to a 13 or 26-week assignment with potential completion bonus eligibility
Work 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks
Work day shift hours as scheduled
Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during the interview process
Adhere to facility dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
Complete required credentialing and compliance documentation prior to start, including documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet
Demonstrate experience in the applicable PT setting
Comply with a 30-day notice requirement
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
