Job description
Respiratory Therapist (Allied)
We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of recent experience in the specialty and hold the necessary certifications.
Key Responsibilities
Provide respiratory care services to patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
Perform diagnostic testing and evaluations related to respiratory therapy.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy.
Current certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
Valid Georgia Respiratory Therapist License.
National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
Schedule
This position offers a varied schedule from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM on days. Please note that candidates are required to work during two major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
Location
Position based in Holiday, GA. No local candidates within a 50-mile radius will be considered at this time.
