Registered Nurse (RN)
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor patient health and vital signs, documenting observations accurately.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Assist in performing diagnostic tests and interpreting results.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; associate degree with relevant experience may be considered.
Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be preferred depending on the specialty area.
