Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Work Schedule
35 hours per week
Monday through Friday
No weekend rotation
Facility Information
The facility is designed to provide care for up to 66 beds, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities Assess and evaluate patient needs to deliver appropriate nursing interventions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery processes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or similar healthcare setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
