Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the overall well-being of patients in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatment as prescribed by Physicians.
Monitor and assess patient health and behavior.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and medication management.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Document patient care and progress accurately in medical records.
Respond effectively to medical emergencies.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for both patients and staff.
Qualifications Active RN license in the state.
Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Current BLS certification and any other relevant certifications.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
