Job description
Registered Respiratory Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of all respiratory therapy modalities and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Job Responsibilities
Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and assess patients' respiratory function and respond to changes in condition.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding respiratory health and treatments.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of therapies administered.
Use a variety of equipment and technologies, including ventilators, nebulizers, and oxygen therapy devices.
Qualifications
Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice.
Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of respiratory therapy protocols and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
