Job description
Atlantic Health seeks an ALS Supervisor to support MICU operations across assigned sites. You will provide supervision, feedback to staff, and coordinate daily activities in the Emergency Services division.
You will maintain resource guides, engage in quality improvement activities, ensure staff certifications comply with policy, and act as liaison between Mobile ICU and Atlantic Health departments and outside agencies. This role requires strong communication and reliability.
