Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Boston seeks a senior funds attorney with deep experience in forming, structuring, and advising on a broad range of retail fund products, including mutual funds, ETFs, and closed-end funds.
The role also covers alternative funds such as interval/tender offer funds, BDCs, REITs, and holding company structures, with added value for U.S. and global regulatory, compliance, and distribution matters and capital markets experience.
