Aluminum Casting Press Operator —3rd ShiftJoin our team as an Aluminum Casting Press Operator, where you'll play a key role in producing high-quality die-cast components using advanced high-pressure casting equipment. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be a great fit.What You'll Do:Operate high-pressure aluminum casting presses to meet production and quality targetsMonitor castings and identify defects or irregularitiesTroubleshoot die issues and communicate concerns to leadershipPerform minor die repairs and assist with die and sleeve changesFollow standardized work instructions and shop floor processesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (7-S standards)Collaborate with team members and support continuous production flowWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GEDManufacturing experience preferred (casting, metal forming, or automotive environment a plus)Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced production settingStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work overtime and weekends as neededCommitment to safety and quality standardsWhy Join Us?Stable, team-oriented work environmentOpportunities to learn specialized manufacturing skillsHands-on role with real impact on product qualitySafety & TrainingWe take safety seriously.
