Extrusion Department ManagerLead and oversee the Extrusion Department with a focus on safety, performance, and continuous improvement.Drive cultural change by developing leaders and teams to reach their full potential.Create and execute a long-term vision for the department that aligns with business goals.Deliver results and help achieve annual business plans by working with a high-performance team.Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment that promotes trust and respect.Build and develop high-performing teams, including identifying, hiring, and promoting talent.Support and promote core values of care, courage, and collaboration.10+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the aluminum extrusion industry.
