Job description
Jobot is seeking a Melt Shop Manager in Jackson, TN to lead a three-shift aluminum melt operation and a twelve-person team. You will ensure alloy composition accuracy, manage furnace scheduling, and oversee casting output to meet safety and quality standards.
Experience in aluminum melt shops or foundries is required, with a strong emphasis on leadership, process discipline, and safety protocols for high-heat operations. Relocation support is provided where applicable.
