Job description
Jobot is seeking a Melt Shop Manager to own a three-shift aluminum melt operation, leading a twelve-person team to ensure composition accuracy, safe casting, and steady production. The ideal candidate has several years of melt shop or foundry supervisory experience, an aluminum background, and a proven ability to coach hourly staff.
