Job description
Jobot is a precision alloy manufacturer seeking a Melt Shop Manager to lead a three-shift aluminum operation and a team of twelve. You will oversee alloy composition, furnace scheduling, and casting output while enforcing safety protocols for molten aluminum.
The role requires several years of melt shop or foundry supervisory experience with a strong aluminum background and a proven ability to develop hourly staff. Relocation support is offered where applicable.
