Job description
Jobot is seeking a Melt Shop Manager to own operations in a three-shift aluminum melt environment. Lead a twelve-person team, ensure alloy composition accuracy, and manage furnace scheduling and casting output across shifts.
The role requires aluminum background, proven melt shop supervision, and the ability to maintain safety and yield targets. Eligible candidates may receive relocation support and bonus opportunities.
