Job description
Jobot is seeking a Melt Shop Manager to own and optimize three-shift aluminum melt operations. You will lead a twelve-person team across three shifts, ensuring alloy composition accuracy and safe production. The ideal candidate has several years of melt shop or foundry supervisory experience with a strong aluminum background.
