Job description
Jobot is seeking a Melt Shop Manager to own operations for an aluminum-focused three-shift operation, leading a twelve-person team and driving casting output and alloy composition accuracy.
Ideal candidates will have several years of melt shop or foundry supervision experience with a strong aluminum background, and a proven ability to lead an hourly workforce while enforcing safety protocols. Relocation assistance and a bonus program are offered.
