Jobot is seeking an experienced Melt Shop Manager in Kansas City to lead a three-shift aluminum melt operation, guiding twelve hourly staff and ensuring safety, quality, and production targets across all shifts.
Ideal candidates have multiple years of melt shop or foundry supervision experience with an aluminum background. Competitive compensation includes a target bonus and relocation support where applicable.
