Aluminum WelderLocation: Paynesville, MNCompensation: $29.00-$31.00 per hour - paid weeklySchedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-FridayJob Type: Temporary or Temp-to-hireAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Aluminum Welders for a leading metal fabrication company located in Paynesville, MN. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as the Aluminum Welder:Work from prints and work instructions to fixture, tack, and weld steel assemblies while selecting proper equipment and settings to meet quality standardsOperate forklifts and hand toolsHandle raw materialsPerform light equipment maintenanceMaintain a clean, safe work areaUse the ERP system for production trackingSupport inspections and material handlingCross-train on additional production equipment as needed, and participate in continuous improvement effortsWhat You Need to Bring to the Aluminum Welder Role:High School Diploma or equivalent1+ years of welding experienceAbility to safely and effectively operate welding and fabrication equipmentAbility to work independently and in a teamAbility to communicate orally or in written form effectively with personnel and read and interpret documents, such as welding blueprintsProficient with mathematical calculations and use of measuring devicesWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
