Pay: $23/hour + performance increase
Overtime: Typically 5-10 hours per week
About the Position
We are seeking experienced Aluminum Welders with previous trailer manufacturing or repair experience.
The strongest candidates will have hands-on experience welding aluminum trailers, ideally with companies such as Travis, MATE, Armor Lite , or a similar trailer manufacturer.
This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced welder looking for steady work, regular overtime, and the opportunity to increase their hourly rate based on performance.
What You'll Do
Perform aluminum welding on trailers and trailer components
Read and follow specifications, measurements, and work instructions
Fit, assemble, and weld aluminum components
Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
Use welding equipment and fabrication tools safely and properly
Work with the production team to meet quality and productivity expectations
Maintain a safe and organized work area
What We're Looking For
Previous aluminum welding experience required
Trailer manufacturing or trailer repair experience strongly preferred
Experience with Travis, MATE, Armor Lite, or similar manufacturers is a major plus
Strong attention to weld quality and workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work overtime when needed
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay: $23/hour for experienced welders
20% pay increase after 6 months of strong performance
Typically 5-10 hours of overtime available each week
Vacation time available after one year of employment
IRA retirement plan with company match up to 3%
