Rack FabricatorRack FabricatorReports To: Rack Fabrication Team LeaderShift Days/Hours: 8 hr. shifts (Mon-Fri) 5:00 Am- 1:00 Pm. Must be willing and able to work Mandatory OT on off days as necessary.Starting Pay: $18.12 per hour.What You Will Be Responsible For:Follow blueprints and technical drawings to produce high-quality weldsMaintain productivity within assigned section(s) of rack building/repairWork independently and as part of a teamAssist other personnel and perform other duties as required per supervisorInform the Supervisor of any equipment problems or any other problemsWork in a safe manner always wearing all required Proper Protective Equipment (PPE)Maintain a clean, clutter-free workstationAble to participate in a collaborative environmentComply with safety policies and proceduresAccepts feedback from the Team Leader to ensure the bundles meet safety standardsComplete special projects and other duties as assignedWork Environment / Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch.
