Area Maintenance – CustodianSeasonal, Full-Time or Part-timeFull-time: Five days/week, including weekends/holidays during Winter Season.Part-time: Two days/week, weekends/holidays during Winter season.Pay: Starts at $20.00/hr.Application Due Date: October 15, 2025Full time positions may be eligible for Employee housingLoveland Ski Area is where Coloradans come to play and we are seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team and live your passion working at one of Colorado's most loved ski resorts. Be a critical part of the guest experience making Loveland one of the cleanest places to play. The office view is worth it!Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of ski area facilities including restrooms, common spaces, offices, etc. ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our guests and staff during operating hours, and evening cleaning and reset of all facilities. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.Be able to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision to clean restrooms, floors, walls, windows, furniture, of fixtures of common areas in a clean and sanitary condition.Stocks all Custodial supplies/inventory as needed.Gathers waste, trash, and recycling from around the ski area for transport to pick-up locations.Assists/communicates with security on after-hours customer related issues or problems.Must be at least 18 years old.Must have reliable personal transportation as employee shuttles are not available for these shifts.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.This position is eligible for benefits including Voluntary Accident Injury Insurance, Voluntary Hospital Care Insurance, and Critical Illness Plans.
