AM Programmer ILocation: Minnetonka, MN, USStratasys is a world leader in 3D printing! We are seeking a skilled Additive Manufacturing Programmer to join our team, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless production of high-quality parts. Your primary responsibility will be evaluating customer data to confirm manufacturability with specific technologies, creating accurate build files, and providing ongoing support for machine operations. You will work closely with engineering, quality, and finishing teams to address any process variations and overcome manufacturing challenges. Your key responsibilities include adhering to best manufacturing practices, maintaining document control, and generating comprehensive manufacturing travelers. In addition to these duties, you may be called upon to back up machine operations, update workflow system statuses, track machine/material performance KPIs, and assist with floor maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge manufacturing environment while enhancing operational efficiency and quality.What you will be doing:Organize, review, and create buildsSupport appropriate PE/PA and customer expectationsFollow work instructions to assist on workflowWork with other departments to better assist customersCover machine operatorsAnalyze and repair customer files in Solid View and Magics to assess manufacturabilityResponsible for compliance with all required specifications for each job and their special needsResponsible for travelers to be analyzed per job requirementCommunicate and coordinate with other departments as it pertains to special instructions, part quality, and schedulingEscalate when problems in build arise, may troubleshoot minor issues with operatorsResponsible for compliance with all Quality Systems ManagementFollow all company safety policies and proceduresAttend all required company trainingDemonstrate commitments to Stratasys Behaviors by leading, acting, and modeling these valuesOther responsibilities as assigned by the department or managerMust have for this role:High School Diploma or equivalentBasic understanding of production schedulingHighly organized and capable of multi-tasking in a deadline driven environmentIntermediate math skills and understanding of geometryKnowledge of additive manufacturing technologyProficiency in the English language verbal, reading and writtenBasic computer skills email and proficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to work well with others in a teamNice to have:A minimum of 2 years of previous work experience with additive machinesProficiency with CAD softwareKnowledge of machine operating hardware and softwareSome understanding of plastic propertiesAbility to work overtime and weekendsCompany Overview, Our Culture and Values, Our Sustainability "3D Printing a Better Tomorrow", Our Locations, Additional Information, Equal Employment Opportunity Posters provided by OFCCP have been removed.
