Job description
Augusta Health and Rehabilitation in Augusta, WI is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN for the Part-Time AM shift. We’re a small, community-focused campus where residents and teamwork matter.
You’ll provide direct nursing care, administer medications, document accurately, and collaborate with CNAs and the care team to ensure a safe, respectful home for our residents. Wisconsin license required; LPN $25.00/hr, RN $34.00/hr; every other weekend and rotating holidays.
