PAY RANGE : $23 - $27 + 15% Shift Differential | SHIFT: 1st Sat & Sun (Flexible Weekdays) | TYPE : On-site

QUICK SUMMARY
Join a fast-paced digital manufacturing team working with cutting-edge 3D printing technologies. We're looking for an AM Technician to support daily production, operate additive equipment, and deliver high-quality parts across a variety of industries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Execute build startups, machine setups, and material handling
Support SLA/DLP, SLS/MJF, and FDM printing operations
Perform powder handling, vat swaps, and machine calibrations
Conduct post-processing and finishing operations
Perform visual inspections to ensure part quality
Maintain equipment and support preventative maintenance
REQUIREMENTS : High school diploma required; technical degree preferred
1+ year experience in additive manufacturing (preferred)
Basic understanding of 3D printing technologies and materials
Ability to read prints or 3D files
Comfortable working hands-on in a production environment

Paid time off (PTO) starting at 80 hours with annual increase for each year of service
Unique Flexible Weekend Schedule | 40 Hours/Week
Work every Saturday and Sunday , plus additional day(s) of your choice to complete 40 hours each week. Employees may choose a 4-day/10-hour or 5-day/8-hour schedule, with flexibility in selecting the additional workdays. The selected schedule must remain consistent each week.
