AMA Certified Medical Assistant - Front OfficeLucan, MN $37,099 - $46,099 a yearFull TimeProvide essential support in primary health care and patient management through administrative duties tailored to the practice's needs. Responsibilities may vary and evolve over time.Essential Responsibilities:Exhibit strong computer proficiency to manage daily tasks efficiently.Maintain courteous and professional telephone communication with patients, visitors, and colleagues.Operate all front office equipment with confidence and accuracy.Ensure medical records are accurately maintained following established policies and procedures.Manage patient check-in and check-out processes smoothly and effectively.Handle patient payments responsibly and prepare deposits correctly.Uphold strict confidentiality regarding patient information at all times.Perform additional duties as assigned to support the healthcare team.Education and Experience:Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing program is required.First shift, full-time (40 hours per week).This position is located in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest United States.
