AMA Certified Medical Assistant - Front Office PediatricsMadison, MN $33,009 - $42,099 a yearJob Type: Full TimeJob Summary: Provide essential support in primary health care and patient management within a pediatric practice. This role focuses on administrative duties tailored to the dynamic needs of the healthcare setting.Essential Responsibilities:Exhibit strong computer proficiency to manage daily tasks efficiently.Maintain courteous and professional telephone communication with patients, visitors, and colleagues.Operate front office equipment with confidence and accuracy.Ensure medical records are meticulously maintained in line with established policies and procedures.Manage patient check-in and check-out processes smoothly and effectively.Handle patient payments accurately and prepare deposits accordingly.Uphold strict confidentiality regarding patient information at all times.Perform additional duties as assigned to support the practice.Education and Experience Required:High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing program.Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, full-time, 40 hours per week.Location: Serving the Midwest region of the United States.
