Job description
Motive Workforce in California is seeking an Amazon Marketplace Director to own an eight-figure Seller Central business from strategy through execution. You will report to senior leadership in a high-visibility role with direct influence on growth and profitability.
You’ll manage the P&L, optimize advertising, forecast demand, and supervise catalog and inventory to maximize performance across Prime Day, Q4, and major promotions. Hybrid work, Fridays from home.
