Job description
Commure is seeking an operations lead to own Ambient EHR integrations across our enterprise health system portfolio. You will coordinate launch, validation, go-live, and stabilization for 10+ EHRs, ensuring config, provider/site setup, and credentialing align with timelines.
You’ll triage production issues, reproduce root causes, and route with context so engineering can stay focused on resolution. You’ll also document runbooks and report weekly to executives.
