Job description
Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager to hire, develop, and lead store associates, ensuring top customer experiences. You will support the Store Manager in all operations, drive KPIs, and maintain brand standards across the storefront and omni-channel initiatives.
You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, coordinating scheduling, payroll, and daily store functions while upholding Sally Beauty’s standards and policies. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
