About This Role
The Nurse Manager for Ambulatory Allergy, Immunology, and Rheumatology will oversee clinical operations across multiple regional locations, ensuring exceptional patient care and fostering a collaborative environment. This role is ideal for a dynamic nursing leader with a strong clinical background and proven leadership skills.

What You'll Do
Maintain 24-hour accountability for patient care and nursing activities on assigned outpatient unit.
Oversee and direct unit activities including standards development and human resource management.
Assess resource needs and utilization, staff development, and communication within nursing practice.
Oversee all performance improvement activities at the unit level.
Participate in committees at all levels within the institution.
Standardize best practices and optimize workflows across all sites.
Drive quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with the AIR Nurse Manager.
Manage budget oversight and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Develop staff and manage performance within the nursing team.
Travel flexibly between multiple locations as required.
Requirements
Education:
BSN required, MSN preferred within five years of starting in the role.
Experience:Minimum of five years of progressive nursing experience.
At least two years in ambulatory nursing preferred.
Licenses & Certifications:Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
